Dolls by Berenguer would like to assist you with your online order. We
appreciate your business and would like to make the experience as easy and as
quick as possible. Below please find the most frequently asked questions (FAQ)
regarding the online ordering process. If you should have any other questions

How do I place an order?
There are two ways to place an online order:

Shopping Cart
a. Here you can browse through the different doll categories. Take your time
and look at the photos and the descriptions written about each one. When you
decide on which doll(s) you like, simply enter the number of pieces you would
like to order in the field under the photo. Please keep in mind that in this
area you will be ordering by individual piece, but will still be required to
order in case pack multiples. For example, if a doll comes in a case pack of 4,
you can then order 4, 8, 12 pieces and so on. Note: If you need to make a
special order please call 1-800-422-2244 or write to
sales@jctoys.com.
b. Once your order has been placed you will be prompted to the next screens,
where delivery and payment information will be requested. Please follow
instructions on the screen to complete your order.

Quick Order Form
a. If you already know what you want, simply click on the Quick Order Form icon
found on the left hand menu bar. The Quick Order Form provides you with a list
of all our dolls organized by category. Simply scroll down to find the doll you
are interested in and write in how many pieces you would like of each doll.
Please keep in mind that in this area you will ordering by case pack. To help
you with your order, the Quick Order Form provides columns with corresponding
case pack quantities and prices for each item.
b. When all your item quantities have been selected, simply click on "Add Items
to Cart".
c. Once your order has been placed you will be prompted to the next screens,
where delivery and payment information will be requested. Please follow
instructions on the screen to complete the order.
What if my ACCOUNT INFORMATION is incorrect?
a. If you find that your account information is incorrect please contact
us directly at sales@jctoy.com or
1-800-422-2244.
How can I PAY?
a. Payments are based on the terms that have been agreed upon between each
customer and Dolls by Berenguer, Inc. We offer the following terms based on
credit approval: Credit Card, COD or NET 30. If you are not quite sure what
your terms are, please call 1-800-422-2244 or write to us at
sales@jctoys.com for more information.

How is SHIPPING calculated?
a. Freight is calculated on a per order basis, using the most economical rates
provided to us by FedEx or UPS. If you wish to use a carrier different from the
above listed, please call us at 1-800-422-2244 or write to us at
sales@jctoys.com to let us know.
How do I receive CONFIRMATION OF ORDER?
a. You will receive an email shortly after your purchase letting you know that
your order was processed.
How do I know this site is SECURE?
a. We at Dolls by Berenguer Inc. work hard to ensure your privacy and security
online. Your personal information is not shared with 3rd parties. In order to
make your shopping experience fast and simple we do ask for certain information
and this personal data entry has been secured to the best level of security
available. We offer a secure SSL authenticating format, which protects data
such as user's name, password, credit card, addresses and shipping information

How can I RETURN a product?
a. If you wish to return an item(s) please call us at 1-800-422-2244 or write

best and easiest procedure of return.
